ويهدف النظام إلى توفير بيئة تدريب رقمية تحاكي بدقة العمليات التشغيلية الفعلية داخل مصانع الشركة، بما يمكّن المشغلين من التدريب على إدارة العمليات الصناعية المعقدة واتخاذ القرارات التشغيلية بمعزل عن خطوط الإنتاج الفعلية، الأمر الذي يتيح التعلم والتجريب والتطبيق في بيئة آمنة دون التأثير على استمرارية الإنتاج.

ويشمل النظام محاكاة تشغيل عدد من أهم الوحدات التشغيلية في مصانع الشركة الأسمنتية، من بينها الأفران، وطواحين الخام، وطواحين الأسمنت، وهي من أكثر المراحل حساسية في دورة إنتاج الأسمنت، مما يتيح للمشغلين اكتساب خبرات عملية في التحكم بالعمليات التشغيلية والتعامل مع السيناريوهات التشغيلية المختلفة.

وتنفذ الشركة برنامجًا تدريبيًا منظمًا بإشراف خبراء متخصصين في تشغيل مصانع الأسمنت بخبرة تتجاوز 15 عامًا، حيث يوفر البرنامج ما يقارب 3600 ساعة تدريبية سنويًا، ويستهدف تدريب نحو 60 متدربًا سنويًا من الكوادر الفنية عبر برامج تدريبية مكثفة تمتد إلى خمسة أيام تدريبية لكل متدرب.

وأظهرت النتائج التشغيلية الأولية للنظام أثرًا إيجابيًا في الأداء الصناعي، حيث سجل تحسنًا بنسبة 10% في استقرار الأفران، وانخفاضًا في التوقفات التشغيلية بنسبة 15%، إضافة إلى خفض استهلاك الوقود بنسبة تتراوح بين 5% و8%، وتقليل استهلاك الطاقة بنسبة تصل إلى 3%.

ويسهم نظام المحاكاة في تأهيل مشغلي مصانع الشركة قبل التعامل مع خطوط الإنتاج الفعلية، وتعزيز جاهزية الكوادر الفنية، ورفع مستويات السلامة الصناعية وكفاءة الطاقة داخل بيئة العمل.

وتأتي هذه الخطوة ضمن استراتيجية أسمنت المنطقة الجنوبية لتعزيز التحول التقني في القطاع الصناعي وتبني الحلول الرقمية المتقدمة في التدريب والتشغيل، بما يدعم رفع كفاءة الإنتاج وتحسين جودة الأسمنت، ويتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 في تطوير الصناعة السعودية وتعزيز الاستدامة الصناعية.

The contract value to execute the expansion project is EURO (20,250,000) equaling SR (96) million and the contract period is (12) months from the make-ready of the site,

The contract will be self- financed,any developments that might occur shall be announced then.

The value of the contract is EURO 20,250,000 equaling to SR 96 million for the execution of the expansion of the power station. The contract period is 12 months from the date of signing the contract. The project shall be self financed.

The event took place on the afternoon of this Wednesday 9/7/1433h corresponding to 30/5/2012.

The contract value is USD (188) millions equaling SR (707) millions, for the execution of a complete third line (key turn project) with a designed capacity of (5,000) tons/ day. The execution period for the cement production is (24) months starting the date of the L/C opening.

The project shall be self-financed. Any further developments shall be announced lately.

The production has reached 5,000 tons/day by now, which matches the nominal capacity as per the contract.

With this, the production of Tahama plant has increased to reach 10,000 tons/ day. This is highly expected to help declining the conjuncture created by the high demand on cement in the areas around the factory; conditionally Saudi Aramco will allocate the fuel quantities enough to operate this second line.

By adding this quantity, the actual company’s total production capacity for the three plants will reach 23,000 tons of clinker/day, this equals 24,000 tons of cement/ day.
