The Board of Directors of the Southern Province Cement Company suggested the distribution of partial dividends of the first half of the financial year 2012 at the rate of SR (3) per share, an amount of SR (420) million, representing (30%) of the company’s capital.
The entitlement of the distributed dividends will be for those registered in the Saudi stock exchange (TADAWUL) as of the end of Wednesday 21/8/1433h corresponding to 11/7/2012. Payment will be executed on Saturday 9/9/1433h corresponding to 28/7/2012 through Arab National bank.
