The Board of Directors of the Southern Province Cement Company, in his meeting held on sunday 30/12/2012, has suggested the distribution of partial dividends of the second part of the financial year 2012 at the rate of SR (4)per share, representing (40%) of the company capital, the total distributed dividends for the second half will be SR (560) million.
The entitlement of thedistributed dividends for the second half will be for the shareholders registered in thecompany records by the end of the (tadawul) session of the day the General Assembly will be held, which is expected to be during the month of March 2013 and will be announced after getting the approvals of the authorized offices.
It worth mentioning that SR (3) per share dividends were distributed for the first half of the year 2012, a total amount of SR (420) million representing (30%) of the company capital bringing the total dividends of the year 2012 to SR (7) per share representing (70%) of the company capital, accordingly the total distributed dividends for the year 2012 will be SR (980) million.
