The Board of Directors of Southern Province Cement Co. has recommended the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the period The first half of the year 2013 as following:
1.Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 420,000,000
2.Divided per share SAR 3
3.Divided represent 30% of the Face value.
4.The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on 23/7/2013
