The board of directors of the southern province cement company has recommended a partial divided distribution for the first half of the year 2011 at SR 2.75 per share, representing 27.5% of the company paid capital, amounting to SR385,000,000.
The entitlement of the distributed divided shall be for the shareholders registered in the records of the Saudi Stock market (TADAWUL) as of the end of Wednesday 19/8/1432h corresponding to 20/7/2011.
The distribution shall be on Saturday 22/8/1432h corresponding to 23/7/2011 through Arab national Bank.
