HH Prince Abdullah bin Mosa’ad bin Abdulrahman Al- Saud, Chairman, in witness of the Directors, has signed a contract with Mr. Wu Shoufu, President of Sinoma International Engineering Company Ltd., for the execution of the third production line in Tahama Plant. The event took place on the afternoon of this Wednesday 9/7/1433h corresponding to 30/5/2012.
The contract value is USD (188) millions equaling SR (707) millions, for the execution of a complete third line (key turn project) with a designed capacity of (5,000) tons/ day. The execution period for the cement production is (24) months starting the date of the L/C opening.
The project shall be self-financed. Any further developments shall be announced lately.
