Jamarat Bridge
The bridge is located in the Mina area in Makkah and is designated for pilgrims to access the Jamarat during the Hajj season. It includes the Small Jamarah, the Middle Jamarah, and Jamarat Al-Aqabah. The old bridge was demolished and replaced with a new one measuring 950 meters in length and 80 meters in width. It consists of 5 floors, each with a height of 12 meters, and the total area of the bridge site exceeds 200,000 square meters.

Al-Shuqaiq Power Plant
The Al-Shuqaiq Steam Power Plant project is one of the largest electricity generation projects in southern Saudi Arabia, specifically in the Jazan region, with a production capacity of 2,640 megawatts. It features a high fuel efficiency rate of up to 40.5% and is considered one of the most efficient power plants in the Middle East, enhancing service reliability in the region.
The Point
The Point is a mixed-use development project spanning 75,000 square meters on King Fahd Road in Abha City. The project includes a shopping center, hotel, various entertainment facilities, administrative buildings, open plazas, and landscaped gardens. It is considered a unique destination for retail and hospitality, aiming to deliver an exceptional experience in retail, lifestyle, food and beverage, and hospitality for the city of Abha in the Asir region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
SEVEN Abha
The “SEVEN” project is located near Abha International Airport on an area of 64,000 square meters, with built-up areas exceeding 79,000 square meters. Entertainment facilities represent 70% of the project, while 19% of the remaining space is allocated to cafés and restaurants, and the rest is dedicated to retail stores. The project’s design was inspired by the heritage character and architectural identity of the Asir region.
SEVEN Jazan
The SEVEN destination project is located on the waterfront of Jazan City in the Jazan region, specifically on the North Corniche. This prime location places the project close to the city center and provides easy access from neighboring cities. The SEVEN destination in Jazan spans over 60,000 square meters of land, with a built-up area exceeding 73,000 square meters. The project contributes to enriching the lives of residents and visitors by offering vibrant spaces and diverse experiences.
Khayal Walk
Khayal Walk project in Abha is an entertainment complex featuring luxury restaurants and cafés. It is distinguished by its innovative design that uniquely combines urban and natural elements. The project consists of multiple levels inspired by the mountainous nature of the region and spans an area exceeding 16,000 square meters.
Al Hayat National Hospital
Al Hayat National Hospital in the Jazan region – Baysh is a private multi-specialty hospital established as part of the expansion of Al Hayat National Hospitals Group. The project aims to enhance healthcare service capacity in the region and support private healthcare investment, with a capacity of up to 150 beds.
Renewable Energy Projects
It is considered the largest electricity storage project in the Middle East and Africa. It plays a significant role in enhancing the stability of the national power grid and supports the Kingdom’s direction toward achieving its ambitious renewable energy goals.
Abha Walk
The “Abha Walk” project is located on King Fahd Road in the city of Abha. It is a mixed-use building consisting of six floors. Jazan City for Primary and Downstream Industries
Jazan City for Primary and Downstream Industries is the fourth industrial city managed by the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu. The city is located in the northern part of the Jazan region, about 70 km from Jazan City. Coffee Factory
A strategic factory affiliated with the Saudi Coffee Company (owned by the Public Investment Fund). It is designed for processing, roasting, and packaging Saudi coffee for both local and global markets. The facility operates with advanced production lines and fully digital automation. King Abdullah Suburb Housing Project
The King Abdullah Suburb Housing Project is located in King Abdullah Suburb in Jazan City. It is about 23 km from King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Airport and 15 km from Jazan University. The project is built on a land area exceeding 4 million m² and consists of residential villas of various sizes designed to meet different needs, with more than 4,000 villas in total.
Jazan International Airport

It is a 5-star hotel offering modern and advanced hospitality services, including hotel rooms, international dining options, and a banquet hall with a contemporary and distinctive design.
