استكمال تنفيذ نظام SAP S/4HANA بالكامل، وتحقيق إعادة تدوير 100% من المياه في جميع المنشآت، وإنشاء برامج تدريب شاملة في مجالات البيئة والمجتمع والحوكمة (ESG) مع ضمان تغطية 100% من الموظفين المستهدفين.
توسيع الطاقة والإبتكار
تشغيل خط إنتاج جديد للكلنكر بطاقة 5,000 طن يوميًا في مصنع جازان، مزود بتقنيات متطورة عالية الكفاءة في استهلاك الطاقة وأنظمة متقدمة للتحكم في الانبعاثات.
التميز الرقمي والأمن السيبراني
استكمال تطبيق نظام SAP Analytics Cloud مع تعزيز البنية التحتية للأمن السيبراني بما يتوافق مع معايير الهيئة الوطنية للأمن السيبراني، وتحقيق تكامل كامل للنظام الرقمي الشامل.
محطة التحول في مجال الطاقة
تحقيق التحول الكامل من الوقود السائل إلى الغاز الطبيعي في مصنعي جازان وتهامة، والوصول إلى هدف خفض انبعاثات ثاني أكسيد الكربون بنسبة 25% من خلال دمج مصادر الطاقة المتجددة.
إنجاز الإرث الأخضر
إتمام مبادرة زراعة 500,000 شجرة دعمًا لـ المبادرة السعودية الخضراء، ووضع معيار إقليمي للاستدامة، والتقدم نحو هدف الحياد الكربوني.
رؤية الحياد الكربوني
تحقيق الحياد الكربوني الكامل عبر جميع العمليات التشغيلية، ووضع معايير جديدة للتصنيع المستدام للأسمنت في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا.
